Job description

To build and lead a national retail security operating model, the full-time salaried Director of Retail Security Operations will oversee security operations for approximately 390 company-owned retail locations and provide governance and risk visibility for around 300 branded partner stores, all while operating in a virtual-first environment.Key responsibilities:Lead the retail security operating model for company-owned stores and provide governance and risk visibility for branded partner locationsBuild and mature enterprise governance structures, operational processes, and reporting frameworksOversee key retail security programs, including guard force operations, cash logistics, and asset protection technologiesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience10+ years of progressive leadership experience in security operations, retail operations, or related fieldsExperience building and leading enterprise-scale programs or cross-functional initiativesProven ability to influence senior leaders in a highly matrixed organizationStrong background in vendor management and executive reporting
