Job description
As a full-time Retail Recruiter based in Texas or Florida, the successful candidate will manage the entire recruiting cycle for Retail Branch roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and making offers, while also communicating with candidates and stakeholders and utilizing standard Talent Acquisition tools.Key responsibilitiesExecute all activities for the recruiting cycle for high volume, entry-level rolesCapture and respond to recruiting data sets throughout the recruiting processBuild relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultation on the hiring processRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldDemonstrated experience in recruiting for retail positionsStrong ability to proactively source talentFamiliarity with Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.)Ability to manage and communicate with multiple stakeholders effectively
