Service Center Omaha - G St Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class customer experience to all customers by ensuring center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedure's through ongoing training and monitoring. What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. • Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. • Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: • At least 21 years of age • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
