Warehouse AssociateFiserv delivers technology and services that help clients move money and manage payments securely and efficiently. The Warehouse team supports print production by managing inbound materials, staging components for manufacturing, and ensuring timely outbound shipments. As a Warehouse Associate, you will learn inventory entry, material staging, and forklift operation to keep production running and orders delivered accurately.What you'll do:Enter inventory into the computerPick and stage materials for customer ordersEnsure customer orders are shipped on timeLoad and unload trucks for shipping and receivingInspect inventory, deliveries, and shipments for damageComplete assigned warehouse tasksResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:1+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment1+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.Experience that would be great to have:3+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment1+ years of Inventory and Order Picking experienceHow you'll work:You will work an assigned 1st shift schedule with weekends.This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. • Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. • Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: • At least 21 years of age • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
