Warehouse And Shipping Manager The Warehouse and Shipping Manager will oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations, manage hourly team members, and ensure smooth coordination of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. The role involves maintaining compliance with safety and food quality standards, attending production meetings, and managing documentation related to operations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and assign work to hourly warehouse and shipping staff. • Attend production meetings and collaborate with internal departments. • Manage and record quality holds; ensure compliance with safety and food safety requirements. • Coordinate the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and ingredients. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for warehouse operations. • Monitor workflow to ensure timely and efficient shipping and receiving. • Promote a safe and organized working environment. Required Skills And Experience • 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required). • Experience in food manufacturing or similar industry (a plus). Additional Requirements: • Must pass drug screening and background check. • U.S. citizenship required. • No travel required.

What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. • Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions. • Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: • At least 21 years of age • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
