Primary Responsibilities: • Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer. • Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services. • Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs. Store Operations Commitment: • Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. • Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. • Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. • Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. • Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily. Print and Tech Expertise: • Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training. • Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. Sales Techniques: • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company's loss prevention efforts. • Performs other duties as assigned.
