Job Description At Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto, our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant and the heart of our hospitality. Whether you're welcoming guests at the front counter, serving in the dining room, taking orders in the drive-thru, or delivering meals, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes, strong character, and a desire to serve others. Experience is helpful, but more importantly, we're looking for people who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow as leaders.
