Responsibilities • Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. • Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. • Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. • Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. • Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment. • Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. • Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications What We're Looking For • Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. • Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. • Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
