Pay Range: $53,635 - 66,507 annually Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM's Warehouse Supervisor II - Receiving oversees inbound receiving operations, with primary responsibility for receipt-record administration, receiving appointment management, and the daily scheduling of warehouse unload teams. This role coordinates loads, docks, staffing, and equipment; monitors arrivals, unloading progress, and receipt completion; resolves operational and receipt-record exceptions; and communicates with carriers, transportation partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate, safe, and timely product flow. Job Duties: A Day in the Life • Oversee the Administration of Receipt Records: Create, verify, and reconcile receipt records; investigate discrepancies; resolve exceptions; and ensure records are accurate and complete • Oversee Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and adjust inbound receiving appointments based on expected volume, dock availability, labor capacity, and operational priorities • Oversee Scheduling Unload Teams: Develop and communicate the daily schedule for warehouse unload teams, aligning staffing levels and work assignments with planned and unplanned inbound activity • Assign Resources: Assign inbound loads to docks and coordinate staffing and equipment to support safe, efficient unloading and receiving • Monitor Execution: Track carrier arrivals, unloading progress, product movement, and receipt completion; identify delays or constraints and take timely corrective action • Coordinate and Communicate: Maintain clear, timely communication with carriers, transportation partners, warehouse receiving teams, inventory personnel, and other internal stakeholders regarding appointments, arrivals, delays, exceptions, and completion status • Lead the Team: Coach, train, hire, and support staff; provide regular feedback and recognition; and hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, safety, and service expectations • Plan and Improve: Review workload trends and operational results, conduct staff meetings, control expenses and turnover, and implement process improvements that strengthen receiving accuracy and productivity • Promote Safety: Ensure machines and equipment are used properly, reinforce safe work practices, and immediately correct unsafe or inappropriate operating behaviors • Support Operations: Perform the duties of supervised staff when needed to meet deadlines, maintain workflow, or cover staffing shortages Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? • High School diploma or GED preferred • 1 year supervisory or management experience • 2 years' warehouse experience • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record preferred • Proficiency with warehouse, transportation, receiving, or appointment-scheduling systems, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, preferred • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What's in It for You? Qualifications Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): • Retail or guest service experience preferred.
