Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or minimum 8 years of work experience in industrial environments without college degree • Minimum 10 years of work experience in industrial environments without college degree. • Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and Networks (DeviceNet, ControlNet, Remote IO, Data Highway Plus, and Ethernet). Experience with various Human Machine Interfaces financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must. • Foundation Skills: Speaking/Presenting - Present complex technical problems in a simple way.
