Warehouse AssociateRoeder Industries is a textile screen print supply company focusing on customer success. Along with Supplies, Roeder Industries has 3 other divisions; Equipment - New and Used, Service and Repair; and Training/Aid. Roeder Industries is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position to start immediately for Shipping and General Warehouse. The main objectives of this position are:Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.Collaborates and communicates with the rest of the team involved in the shipment of products.Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.Maintains a clean and neat area.Engages with customers, vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handlingTrouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve themEnsure all shipments receive the proper labeling and are packaged to arrive safelyAccurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping chargesPlace merchandise in a warehouse by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goodsAssistance with additional duties.Requirements:Ability to lift and move heavy products exceeding 65 pounds continuouslyAbility to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipmentGeneral working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft office, google g-suite, zoho suite, etc.)Team player with organizational skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to maintain accurate recordsFollow safety protocols and requirementsBasic math, good communication and organizational skillsPreferable: Interest in or previous experience with textile screen printingThe ability and motivation to learnBenefits:Employment Type: W2 EmployeeFull Time Schedule: 9:30am to 6pm with 30 min unpaid lunch breakHours may vary during training periodMonday through Friday

Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Preferred Qualification Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
