Key Roles & Responsibilities: • The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. • The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service. • The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience. • The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines. • TM performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building. • The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time. • The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably. • All other duties are based on business needs. Qualifications & Competencies: • At least 18 years old. • High School Diploma/Equivalent. • Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs. • Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior. Warehouse Driver The Warehouse Driver receives, stores, and distributes materials and products within the warehouse and delivers products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver product orders to customers • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, checking products in and out, and matching purchase orders to sales orders • Read customer orders to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, loaded or unloaded • Move materials and products from storage areas to and from loading areas • Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to established processes • Identify damage, loss, or surplus of products and materials stored in the warehouse • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe • Open containers and mark materials with identifying information according to established processes • Assist in checking in product and taking physical inventory • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, or shoveling • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school degree or equivalent • Valid Colorado Class B CDL • One year of prior warehouse clerk experience preferred • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to use standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and box cutters • At least 3 years of satisfactory driving history required; previous delivery experience not required, but helpful • Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance regulations • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English • Must be able to operate trucks with manual and automatic transmissions Working Environment and Physical Demands • Ability to lift, push & pull up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the course of the shift • Ability to walk, squat, stoop, kneel and bend repeatedly at each delivery location • Ability to enter and exit truck cab multiple times throughout the day • Ability to climb on top of and inspect top of trailer • Ability to regularly pass a DOT physical and maintain FMCSA drug and alcohol standards Eligible for Company Benefits Including: • Health, dental, and vision coverage, effective the 1st of the month following the date of hire • Company paid life insurance and long-term disability • Employee paid voluntary benefits such as voluntary life, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, and Legal • Participation in the company 401(k) plan with eligibility for the company match after 6 months of service • Paid time off (PTO) • Company paid holidays Legal Statements Offen Petroleum is an at-will, equal opportunity employer.
