Remote Member Advisor Service Center DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our service center team as a Remote Member Advisor for the Service Center. This position is designed to be fully remote (work from home) after the successful completion of training that will take place at our onsite location in Waynesboro, Virginia. What You'll have the Opportunity to do: • Answer all incoming calls and initiate member interactions including greeting members, assessing member needs, and following through on all member requests. • Own and be accountable for the entire member experience upon greeting the member. • Inspect and determine NADA values for all loans secured with a title. • Quote loan payoffs, loan rates, and terms to members. • Conduct new account and loan conversations and recommend to members, in detail, their GAP and Debt protection options when applicable. • Serve as liaison between member and the Underwriter. • Appropriately explain denials and counter offers. Ensure members are aware of their rights if an adverse loan decision is made. • Conduct research as needed to answer member concerns or questions. • Cross-sell appropriate credit union products and services to our members. • Process Skip-A-Pay and Loan Deferral Requests. • Maintain a professional, clean, and tidy workstation. • Participate in required compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and Privacy. What You'll Bring to the Table: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on professional and effective telephone skills to uphold quality standards while servicing both internal and external members. • High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and contribute to individual, team and department goals while promoting a positive team environment to include remaining flexible and taking initiative. • Strong regard for confidential and sensitive information. • Previous retail-related service and sales experience. • Excellent communication skills to include both oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred. • Advanced computer skills and an ability to handle a high volume of work. • Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain flexible and take initiative. • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English are preferred. • Required minimum home internet speed of 35 Mbps What We Bring to the Table: • Meaningful work that is highly impactful to the membership and community • Opportunities for development and career growth • Excellent working conditions, work hours, and work-life balance • Community involvement opportunities • Compensation and benefits: DuPont Community Credit Union offers a competitive starting salary range of $20.12 to $26.11 in addition to an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, pension plan, 401k with employer match, and generous paid time off. Starting salary placement in the range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
