Receiving Operator The Receiving Operator unloads trucks and puts incoming materials away. This role also supplies Aseptic with their packaging materials and will help with cycle counts and month ending counts of ingredients and packaging. This position helps with UPS and FedEx outgoing packages and the delivery of incoming packages. Will perform Shag Driver duties as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: • Help with UPS and FedEx outgoing and incoming packages daily while also confirming that accounting receives all the paperwork for UPS and FedEx. • Assist with monthly inventory and help accounting with any questions they may have about inventory counts. • Communicate to accounting and purchasing regarding any damages or credit material. • Load and unload trailers of product, packaging or equipment and verifying that all counts of product are accurate to the bill of lading and order information. • Inspect all inbound pallets and document quality of pallets and product on inspection report. • Ticket and verify counts and quality of all inbound product frozen, fresh and packaging materials. • Perform general warehouse duties including keeping warehouse clean and orderly. • Help with rotation of inventory to ensure that the oldest product is used first. • Operate fork truck in safe and efficient manner. • Maintain daily log sheets as required, such as forklift inspection sheets. • Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety. • Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality of MFI products. • Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required: • One or more months of related experience and/or training experience preferred in a warehouse setting • Ability to successfully complete Powered Industrial Truck training program and pass the forklift certification. Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. • 6 or more months of relevant experience. • Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words in English and between series of numbers. • Ability to print and speak simple sentences in English. • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. • Ability to perform these operations using units of and weight measurement and volume. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral form. • Ability to deal with problems involving one concrete variable in standardized situations. • Computer knowledge or the ability to learn the following computer programs Excel, Outlook and SAP • Ability to speak effectively on the phone or before groups of vendors and/or employees of our organization

As an Inventory Clerk, you will manage inventory control, production planning, procurement, and monthly cycle counts while analyzing inventory levels, coordinating with purchasing and vendors, resolving inventory discrepancies, tracking work-in-process, ensuring timely material availability, monitoring manufacturing performance, and collaborating across departments to optimize production efficiency, control costs, and meet production schedules.
