Primary Responsibilities: • Answers inbound phone calls while providing a high-quality patient/caller experience. • Reviewing patient liability questions and concerns. • Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments. • Performs referral coordination including completing Open Referrals and/or referral tracking queue. • Works all assigned work timely according to department standards and documents all actions in the system. • Registers new patients, verifies patient demographics and health insurance, updates patient information in designated databases. • Responds to general information requests and/or inquiries from patients, physicians, medical offices and other callers. • Communicates effectively and in a professional manner. • Processes all work-related responsibilities in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma / GED • Must be 18 years of age OR older • 1+ years of experience in a call center or high volume call environment, handling customer service inquiries related to healthcare • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST. LPN Assisted Living We are seeking a Part-time No Benefit (PTNB) nurse for our LPN position. This candidate is responsible for supervising, providing, and coordinating nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures and assessing residents' care needs and taking appropriate action. Shift: 3pm-11:30pm rotating weekends and Friday's. Essential Duties: • Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. • Interpret existing policies and procedures for nursing assistants, residents, families and physicians. • Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisors and initiating corrective action. • Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders and accurately record all care provided. • Promptly report changes in residents' condition to the physician, Residential Services Director, and responsible party, and take follow-up action as necessary. Qualifications: • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing. • Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care environment preferred. • Must have a current, active, valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with no sustained findings or convictions. • CPR Certification (Basic Life Support) is required. • IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus.
