What You'll Bring Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field with coursework or certification in Instructional Design. • Five (5) years of instructional design experience developing both instructor-led and eLearning solutions. • Experience using Articulate Storyline (required); Adobe Captivate experience is preferred. • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. • Experience managing multiple learning projects from concept through implementation. • Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, and organizational events. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
