Truck Driver - Delivery Specialist for Industrial Water Treatment Chemicals 2026 Garratt-Callahan is hiring an experienced delivery driver to deliver industrial chemicals to our industrial customers in the Upper Midwest. Our warehouse is in Des Moines, Iowa. You will needto be based in or very near Des Moines. Garratt-Callahan is a profitable and private nationwide industrial water treatment chemical company that promotes from within. www.garrattcallahan.com We are stable, and well respected in our industry. Our 2025 sales were at an all-time record high, and sales in 2026 are trending to be even better. Responsibilities: Drive a company owned 26-foot Peterbilt Box truck and deliver drums and pails of industrial water treatment chemicals to our existing customers in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri and Indiana. Transfer some liquid chemical blends via our ChemFeed system. Pick up deliveries from our warehouse in Des Moines, then deliver them to our customers on a regular route. Pick up empty chemical drums for recycling. A few overnights will be necessary when delivering to some customers. Garratt-Callahan is proud to offer: Compensation is based upon experience and the ability to succeed. Full Time, usually Monday through Friday days. $85,000 to $105,000 per year depending on experience Benefits including a corporate 401k, health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We are stable, profitable, and well respected in our industry. We are actively expanding in 2026. Requirements: A current Class B CDL along with extensive delivery experience. A spotless driving record. Haz Mat endorsement. Tanker endorsement. Experience handling, transferring, and delivering chemicals. Knowledge of industrial water treatment chemistry a plus. Chemistry education, Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science is helpful. Live in or very near Des Moines, Iowa.
