Dryer Vent Wizard of Central Ohio is a family-owned business located in Columbus, Ohio. We focus exclusively on dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, maintenance and safety. As a Residential Dryer Vent Technician, you will ensure customer dryer vent systems are up to code, safe and efficient. You'll build customer relationships and uphold our standard of outstanding service.ResponsibilitiesAssess customer dryer vent systems for inefficiencies.Recommend improvements and perform agreed‑upon work.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Travel throughout central Ohio (Columbus and suburbs) on all weekdays.Work independently while collaborating with your team.Qualifications & SkillsMUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.A friendly demeanor, positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills.Experience in a relevant trade or customer service role such as plumbing, crawl space, HVAC, handyman, electrical, pest control, etc.Comfortable working with hand tools.Ability to climb and use ladders up to 30 feet.Ability to work in constricted spaces such as attics, crawlspaces or closets.Ability to work on rooftops.Ability to work independently and problem‑solve.Ability to work required business hours (Mon‑Fri).Effective communication with customers, management and team members.Benefits & CompensationExcellent pay: $40,000–$60,000 per year.Weekly pay.Weekdays only – Monday through Friday, no weekends or evenings.Great hours: start 7:30–8:30 AM, finish 2–4 PM.Company‑provided vehicle and gas.Dispatch vehicle comes home with you each day.100% company‑provided tools and uniforms.Paid time off: holidays & vacation.Coaching and training.Strong core values and great company culture.Health insurance benefits and 401(k) offered.#J-18808-Ljbffr

Member Services Representative The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. • Handle all front desk related activities including: • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. • Check members into the system. • New member sign-up. • Take prospective members on tours. • Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts. • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Physical Demands • Continual standing and walking during shift. • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift. Compensation: $12.50 per hour
