This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a good driving record required Experience Requirements 13 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment experience required Forklift experience preferred Experience with inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse software Strong computer and typing skills required Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities Job Duties Receive, store, organize, and distribute inventory throughout the warehouse Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Process incoming inventory, returns, and sales return orders Manage inventory records, cycle counts, write-offs, and inventory adjustments Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment safely Build custom shipping crates and storage solutions using hand and power tools Process shipping, receiving, and return transactions Assist with inventory investigations and scrap processing Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives Create and update work instructions and quality documentation to support ISO 13485 compliance Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future Safety-Focused Workplace with opportunities for growth and advancement At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
