Education and Experience • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Previous experience in a similar acute care environment is advantageous. Licenses and Certifications • Current Registered Nurse licensure in a compact state. • Current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider within 30 days of hire or by orientation end. • Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, NIHSS, or AWHONN may be required depending on department policy. Skills and Abilities • Strong foundation in nursing principles and patient care. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with basic computer and keyboarding skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to perform heavy work occasionally exerting up to 100 lbs and frequently up to 20 lbs. Expect to stand or walk 51-75% of the workday, with or without accommodation. This position offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment in a regional healthcare setting serving the Central Plains area of the United States.
