Do you have a knack for fixing things with your hands? Thrive doing something different every day? You might be the perfect Surface Experts Technician! Complete small repairs daily by applying your creativity and using problem-solving skills. A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician: We Offer: • Starting pay range of $19- $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses • This is a Full-Time position • Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs • No weekends, late nights, or evenings • Company Car • Monthly Phone Stipend • All necessary tools and products needed for work • Dedicated Help Lines: Technician Support Team on call to assist to questions Requirements • Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby • An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do • Experience working with power tools is a plus • Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required. • Smartphone • Skill with using airbrush and/or scenic work is a plus but not required. • Skill with color theory & matching colors is a plus • Skill with sanding, buffing, fiberglass, & use of bondo is a plus DUTIES: In the Field Daily • Visit 4+ jobsites every day • Repair damage on the job site while using exceptional customer service to follow up with staff • Employ your creativity in several settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites • Territory coverage includes: Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Celebration, Kissimmee Customer Service and Communication • Use outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenants • Keep progress up to date with notes and updates in our CRM/Dispatch tool • Reach out to our Support Team on any issue or question Follow Repair Process • Develop an understanding of our own 5-step repair process and use it in the field • Master each part of your custom-made tool-kit • Think outside the box to create one-of-a-kind repairs ABOUT SURFACE EXPERTS Surface Experts does it all: Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels ...
