Customer Service Representative This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction. Job Functions: • Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system • Assesses customer need for additional products/services • Assesses customer compliance with physician orders • Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services • Documents calls in computerized record keeping system • Enters customer orders in computerized system • Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records • Read and analyze documents such as patient orders • Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology • Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike • Help with the training of employees • Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed • Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions Education & Experience: • High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training • Computer entry required • Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Title Online Order Filling Associate Role Summary Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders.
