Description Transport passengers in a safe manner on the city buses; pick up/drop off the passengers at the desired stops; count passenger numbers, tokens and money; fill out passenger trip sheets; and inform passengers of bus stop options and schedule information. The essential functions of the job are not limited to those listed in the job description. The City retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time. • Operates the bus by following fixed routes or trip manifest; completing accurate trip counts; complying with drivers' operating policies and procedures; focusing on passenger needs and satisfaction; communicating with other bus drivers; maintaining a professional and courteous attitude towards other passengers and drivers; and observing safe driving practices. • Receives and manages fares by selling tokens for passenger use; organizing and handling money; and ensuring safe deposit of money into designated fare box. • Oversees lifts and customer service by assisting patrons onto the bus; completing pre-trip inspections; manually or automatically operating the lift as needed; helping passengers with directions; and informing passengers of stops and bus route. ADDITIONAL DUTIES • Checks the oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, oil, and coolant. • Tracks fluids and gas used per trip. • Checks wheel chair lift for functionality. • Attends meetings and training sessions. • Performs additional duties to support operational requirements as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent in level of knowledge, with ability to read and understand written instructions, to understand simple processes and the routine operations of machines, and over one year up to and including two years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the specific requirements listed above Certifications/Licenses • Valid Commercial Driver's License (with ‘P' Endorsement) and acceptable driving record according to City criteria required within six weeks of employment • Defensive driving course • DOT medical examiner certificate Job Knowledge Basic familiarity with the work to know common principles and terminology and to understand and solve simple problems. Reading Basic: Ability to recognize meaning of common two- or three-syllable words. Writing Basic: Ability to write simple sentences containing subject, verb, and object, and/or series of numbers, names, and addresses. Math Basic: Ability to perform the four basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE Typically requires use of standard office equipment and telephone/radio, and related software and hardware; and any other tools and equipment as appropriate or as assigned, such as wheelchair lift, fare box. WORK ENVIRONMENT This work is performed in a vehicle environment, where there may be respiratory hazards, extreme temperatures, noise and vibration, and physical hazards daily; exposure to wetness/humidity seasonally; frequent mechanical hazards, exposure to communicable diseases, physical danger or abuse; occasional chemical or electrical hazards; and rare fire hazards, exposure to explosives. The employee must wear appropriate protective equipment for the assigned task (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes, etc.), and any other equipment as apparent or assigned, if any.

This is a field-driven, individual contributor role built around face-to-face relationship building, territory development, and in-person engagement with healthcare organizations. This is not a desk-based or primarily virtual sales position. Success requires maintaining a strong in-market presence — conducting site visits, meeting decision-makers in their environments, and building trust across the table. The Director of Sales is responsible for personally driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, territory coverage, and long-term relationship development. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Territory Growth • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospitals, health systems, outpatient imaging centers, private practices, and physician groups • Maintain a strong in-market presence through regular in-person meetings, site visits, and client engagement. • Build long-term relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders • Develop and execute territory strategies that prioritize high-value targets and growth markets • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution Promote the Full Suite of Assured Imaging Capital Offerings • Mobile mammography services utilizing in-house fabricated coaches • Mobile Medical Imaging Coaches available for sale or rental • Sales and service of diagnostic imaging equipment (new and used) • New service and/or product offerings as we develop them Solution Development & Execution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, service, and engineering, project management, and fabrication) to design and present tailored imaging solutions • Lead contract negotiations in alignment with company policies, compliance requirements, and established pricing and margin objectives. • Seek out and represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and industry networking events • Track all sales and business development activity in Salesforce and provide weekly reporting on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts Independent Sales Ownership • Operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for personal performance • Work autonomously with strong self-direction and accountability • Contribute to team success through collaboration, shared insights, and market intelligence Qualifications Required • 3–5+ years of experience in capital equipment or diagnostic imaging sales (e.g., mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray or similar imaging systems) within the medical imaging industry (OEM – GE, Hologic, Siemens, etc). • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and territory expansion (“hunter” background) • Demonstrated success in self-generating leads and building a sustainable sales pipeline, with accountability for prospecting, nurturing opportunities, and driving deals from initial outreach through close • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging modalities such as mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray, and related capital imaging systems, along with healthcare buying processes and reimbursement models. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and in-person relationship-building skills • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support in-person client engagement, site visits, and territory growth.
