General Purpose Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. Duties and Responsibilities • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment. • Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area. • Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. • Move product and/or materials manually as required. Qualifications • High School or GED preferred. • 0-3 years of general work experience required. • 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred. • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus. • Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. • Demonstrated attention to detail. Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. While you will spend most of your time listening to customers, answering questions, and organizing merchandise, your daily responsibilities may vary by department. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm.
