How you'll contribute A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role: • Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital • Assist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process • Perform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission • Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families.
