Quality Assurance TechnicianThis role focuses on ensuring the consistent quality and safety of ingredients, products, and packaging by performing tests, monitoring production processes, and maintaining accurate records. There may be opportunities for overtime, including occasional Saturday work, so candidates should be comfortable with a variable schedule when production needs increase, especially during the fall and winter seasons. The work environment includes both laboratory and plant settings, involving testing, line checks, equipment inspections, and environmental swabbing. Dress code is casual but clean and professional: long pants such as jeans are acceptable as long as they have no holes or fraying, along with a sleeved shirt and closed-toe shoes.
