Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter?Position Summary:Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.Position Responsibilities:Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF deviceFollow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists at the beginning of the shift for powered industrial vehicles, notifying the team leader/supervisor of any equipment problems immediately, wearing all required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping and execution of standard workReport any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediatelyEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibility and/or support as assignedKnowledge and Experience:One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse settingGood communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and writtenForklift operator authorization required and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights)Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locationsDemonstrated ability in proper freight handling. Specialty Systems Superintendents are responsible for installations, troubleshooting and maintenance through well versed knowledge of the BICSCI Cabling Installation Program, National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and National Electrical Code (NEC). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises the installation of specialty systems (10+ technicians) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs. • Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (to include, but not limited to, copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.). • Develops and integrates project schedules with other trades. • Possesses experience with complex and/or technical installations. • Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation. • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
