Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides support for member correspondence activities. Responsible for generating clinical determination letters for members and providers, and following established guidelines and standards related to correspondence processing. Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective member care. Work Schedules Available: Tuesday-Saturday (9AM - 6PM EST) and Sunday-Thursday (9AM - 6PM EST) Essential Job Duties • Assists with generating clinical determination letters to members and providers, ensuring all letters are clear, accurate, and meet the required reading grade level. • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure correspondence meets regulatory requirements, including plain language and appropriate format. • Assists in monitoring letter queues to ensure timely generation and delivery of all necessary correspondence. • Responds to inquiries and assists with troubleshooting issues related to letter creation or delivery. • Supports ongoing feedback processes to ensure letters are accurate, integrate relevant information, and maintain high-quality standards. • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing letters to meet company and regulatory standards. • Develops a basic understanding of healthcare programs, processes, and relevant software systems and applications. • Ensures clear and concise correspondence. • Supports internal teams, including working with both technical and non-technical staff to ensure proper letter production. Required Qualifications • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a health care environment supporting correspondence or clinical communications, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor at Molina. • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work within regulatory and internal requirements for letter generation. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple letter queues and deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to ensure clarity and precision in all correspondence. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs, software systems, and lines of business. • Ability to research, obtain feedback, and integrate necessary adjustments into letters to meet quality standards. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure quality and compliance in all produced correspondence. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, regulations, and policies in processing of clinical correspondence. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and internal departments. • Basic Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency. Purpose Responsible for loading, transporting and delivering materials to customer sites. Adheres to driver safety/compliance regulations, delivers un-damaged goods on schedule, and provides professional service to customers. Non-CDL will drive vehicles weighing 10,001-26,000 pounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Loads and appropriately secures product, materials or supplies inside delivery vehicle. • Delivers customer orders to specified delivery site and unloads materials safely and accurately. Takes all precautions to protect the product and the customer's property. • Verifies order details and maintains logs of delivery duties including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage and locations of deliveries. Checks items against invoice to ensure order accuracy. • Acts as a customer service liaison between BFS and the site customer. Handles customer concerns and helps to resolve issues as they arise. • Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles; performs routine safety checks to ensure vehicles comply with company guidelines. • Required to use hand held devices, except for while driving, to ensure compliance with DVIR and HOS. • Maintain hours of service logs and pre/post trip inspection procedures. • May perform credit/product return pick-ups and related paperwork. • Operate a Forklift or non-motorized material handling equipment to load and off load materials to designated areas. • Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures. • Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and valid driver's license. UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS. Drivers must follow company guidelines regarding safe driving practices, package handling procedures, delivery confirmation procedures, and customer interaction standards.Full-time UPS employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and union-negotiated wage increases.
