Job Description UW Medicine-Montlake- Food and Nutrition has an outstanding opportunity for an intermittent (temporary) Food Service Worker. This position provides workload coverage as needed to meet departmental needs. WORK SCHEDULE • Days asneeded between the hours of 6am-2:30pm. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS • Help serve our patient community by serving and preparing meals per a medically prescribed diet • Conveniently located near public transportation • Great opportunity to make a difference in our patients' lives PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides excellent, respectful customer service to a diverse customer base, in a medical setting • Prepare and serve food and beverages compliant with medically prescribed diet orders, including fluid, texture, electrolyte and nutrient restrictions in a medically vulnerable population or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination • Under general supervision, perform a variety of advanced Food Service Worker duties in preparing and serving food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination, and perform clean-up and sanitization activities for food equipment • Perform advanced Food Service Worker duties to prepare and serve food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination • Retrieval and processing of food and food preparation/serving equipment with adherence to healthcare-level infection and cross-contamination prevention protocols REQUIREMENTS • Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment AND one year of experience preparing and serving food and beverage. • Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration. Services Product Specialist The Services Product Specialist supports Client Operations and partners with cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of pre- and post-release activities for a variety of products, including go-to-market planning, technical requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and managing the post-release software defect and enhancement intake and triage process. Knowledge and Experience • Four-year degree or equivalent certifications in program/project management preferred. • Highly preferred knowledge of Encompass products, specifically Encompass SmartClient, Developer Connect, or our web-based products. • Experience in project management or equivalent role, preferably with exposure to Change or Release Management. • Strong strategic planning skills and ability to drive continuous improvement. • Extensive experience in customer service, technical support, or account management. • Relevant experience in the mortgage industry. • Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira products. • Knowledge of SaaS service delivery, agile release methodologies, and ITIL (or equivalent) best practices. • Proven ability to multi-task and lead in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and creative. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure. • Strength in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams. • Preferred API knowledge. • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to customer success.
