Being familiar with the operation, this individual will answer guest questions while ensuring a heroic guest experience. Additionally, Team Members may work cross functionally as an Usher, Box Office or Concessionist as staffing needs require. Each Team Member must be able to perform the essential job functions of these positions.Responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibility of a Theatre Team Member include, but are not limited to, the following:* Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner* Operates Cinemark's POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register* Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium* Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system, studio admittance policy, and company policy* Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, alternative movie selections, and general theatre information* Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional and quality customer service manner* Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums* Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot, etc.)* Prepares food and properly operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment* Consistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areas* Complies with all local, state, and federal food safety laws* Monitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management* Assists with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management* Performs other work-related duties as assignedRequirements:* Must be at least 16 years of age* Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required* Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays* Requires regular and consistent attendance* Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift* Provides excellent Guest service* Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Responsibilities • Responsible for the coordination of the Warehouse on-site activities, managing receipts, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all purchasing transactions with Hussmann Services and local vendors. • Stages, ships and receives parts, equipment, and supplies. • Inputs inventory into BSS System. • Maintains proper stocking levels to conform to current lean inventory practices. • Delivers parts to customer locations or job sites as needed. • Filing of freight bills of lading, and equipment packing slips for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes. • Completion of freight claims for damaged goods. • Manages receipts, inspects, and stocks incoming products from internal and external customers. • Prepares Gang Boxes for pick up or delivery for technician use on jobsite. • Ensures proper working order of tools and equipment. • Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Formal Education Requirement: Required Level: High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree Preferred Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 0 - 5 Additional Information: • Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment. • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required. • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational, time management skills. • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required. • Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is preferred. • Forklift experience is preferred. • Must have basic math skills including an understanding of weight, measurement, and volume. • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Key Responsibilities • Conducts pre-shift safety inspections and completes report. • Loads and unloads bulk rail and bulk truck with cement. • Operates and checks air slides and adjusts air pressure when needed. • Accurately completes required materials management reports (BOL) using the computer and paper forms. • Operates rail switches for locomotive rail car movement. • Performs maintenance on terminal equipment as scheduled. • Performs housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties. • Work closely with terminal manager, terminal operators, customers, and vendors.
