West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Purpose of Position:A Warehouse Associate will assist the Warehouse Manager in everything pertaining to shipping, receiving, supplies, consumables, daily installation tasks, and building/fleet maintenance.Key Role Accountabilities:Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.Compensation:The approximate hourly for this position is $20.00 per hour. TJ Maxx is seeking Warehouse Associates / Stockers to assist with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and stocking merchandise on the sales floor. Warehouse / Stocker Associates are responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting merchandise, tagging and pricing items, organizing backroom inventory, moving merchandise to the sales floor, stocking shelves and racks, setting up displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential (where applicable), holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and shift.Warehouse / Stocker Associates are responsible for unloading deliveries, sorting merchandise, scanning or tagging items, organizing inventory in the backroom, stocking shelves and racks, setting up promotional displays, assisting customers when needed, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor. Employees must follow company stocking procedures and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
