This job processes returns and recalls related to distributed products and fills out necessary paperwork as needed. The Coordinator, Inventory Management plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are filled on time and accurately. This job tracks the financial impact of inventory levels and frequently communicates cross functionally with internal teams.QualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.Experience with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records preferred.Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer applications preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to complete accurate documentation.Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to routinely lift, move, bend, and transport products weighing up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environmentCustomer/vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations). More details will be provided if you are selected for an interview.ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring products are handled safely and accurately.Inspect inbound freight for damage, verify quantities against shipping documentation, and report discrepancies.Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to track product movement, update inventory records, and maintain inventory accuracy.Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated storage locations to support operational efficiency.Deliver inventory, supplies, and materials to designated customer and departmental locations in a timely manner.Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and stock shortages to appropriate personnel.Respond to customer inquiries regarding order discrepancies, product availability, and service-related issues by researching and resolving concerns promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in dock, warehouse, and storage areas while adhering to company safety standards.Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet inventory, service, and operational goals.Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.What is expected of you and others at this levelApplies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasksReadily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned areaMaintains appropriate licenses, training and certificationsWorks on routine assignments that require some problem resolutionWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methodsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks under moderate degree of supervisionWork typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisorRefers complex unusual problems to supervisorCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
