Warehouse AssociateRoeder Industries is a textile screen print supply company focusing on customer success. Along with supplies, Roeder Industries has 3 other divisions; Equipment - New and Used, Service and Repair; and Training (coming soon). Roeder Industries is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position to start immediately. The main objectives of this position are: Safely and efficiently move and handle items including those that are over 65 pounds Preparing and completing product pour-downs according to schedule and/or need Prepare, pick and verify orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule Ensure stock of raw materials is adequate for completing job duties Conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks Accurately prepare custom pantone mixes as needed for customers Organize warehouse space Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Assistance with additional duties may include: Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately Organize stocks and maintain inventory Process, package and ship orders accurately Inspect products for defects and damages Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Other duties as neededRequirements Proven warehouse experience Ability to lift and move heavy products exceeding 65 pounds continuously Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system and/or the ability and motivation to learn General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite) Team player with organizational skills Ability to multi-task Preferable: Interest in or previous experience with textile screen printing The ability and motivation to learnBenefits Employment Type: W2 Employee Full Time Schedule: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Work with a great team with room to grow and great paid time off benefits

About this role: • The Commercial Loan Officer (CLO) is responsible for developing new business, broadening existing relationships, underwriting, structuring, closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and managing an existing portfolio. • The Commercial Loan Officer represents the bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all of the Bank's products and services. • The CLO is responsible for their portfolio from “Cradle to Grave” In this role you will: • Support the Bank's “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”. • Source, develop and underwrite new loans, interim and permanent mortgages and lines of credit for new and existing clients, including collecting and analyzing information regarding the client's income, assets, investments and/or debts. • Maximize bank profitability through appropriate pricing of new loan originations, fee income and selling of all bank products and services; advising clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products. • Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk analysis and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority with the bank as required. • Ensure all activities, transactions and records are in compliance with operational, security and control procedures of the Bank, preventing fraud and protecting customer assets. • Handle client service issues by conducting research, taking ownership, and daily follow up (as necessary) until conclusion. • Review and negotiate all loan documentation for any given transaction. Must haves: • Strong “People First” interest and ability. • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations. • Credit training. • Thorough knowledge of procedures and policies with respect to loan transactions. • Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices. • Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation. • Minimum three years of commercial and/or real estate lending experience. • Thorough understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements. Bonus Points For: • Working knowledge of Google apps and products. • Working knowledge of the nCino loan processing platform. • Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate on-the-job experience is acceptable.
