Job Title Online Order Filling Associate $14.00 - $27.00/hr Part time Shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am Shift may start between 1:00pm - 4:00pm Role Summary: Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What You'll Do Do you enjoy shopping? Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to do just that every day. Online orderfillers have the opportunity to shop for our customers and choose just the right apple, or select their favorite cereal. This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers. Warehouse Delivery Driver The purpose of this classification is to perform work functions associated with delivery and warehouse activities. The person in this classification will load/unload trucks and drive delivery truck to deliver merchandise to customer's home or business. Essential Functions • Drives truck in assigned zone or area to deliver products purchased by customer; ensures safe operations of vehicles by assisting delivery truck drivers with directing trucks into unloading areas. • Loads truck in preparation for daily deliveries; unloads merchandise at customer location and sets up as necessary. • Obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. • Records deliveries on delivery record and submits to appropriate management. • Monitors proper maintenance of and regular inspection of vehicles for adherence to safety practices; performs general maintenance of vehicles; records fuel/fluid usage and submits to management. • Unloads merchandise from warehouse and freight trucks. • Maintains cleanliness of store/warehouse interior and grounds and upholds the company's Delivery Standards. • Places stock on shelves or racks and sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays. • Assembles merchandise as required. • Assists with repossessions of goods. • Performs general maintenance and grounds keeping duties for warehouse and/or store. • Performs customer service inspections and/or repairs as needed. • Performs collection field calls to delinquent customers at the request of management. • Upholds and promotes our H.O.M.E. values: Helping others, developing Ordinary people to do extraordinary things, being a Motivated owner that cares, and Ensuring that excellence is a habit personally and for those entrusted to them to lead. Must be able to meet DOT requirements (examples: Medical Examiners Certification and Driver's DOT qualification file).
