BOSS Fulfillment OutfitterBOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) is a process that allows us to improve our overall shopping experience for our customers. By accessing inventory in all of our retail locations, it helps us quickly find the right product for our customers no matter where they are shopping. The BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter must be familiar with the products we sell, will be responsible for filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores as needed. Ensures merchandise is handled to maintain quality and appearance for customers.Essential Functions:Performs multiple functions within the back room of the retail store such as receiving merchandise, inspecting merchandise, filling orders, sorting and packing merchandise in appropriate box size for shipment to customers as needed. In fulfillment of these duties may spend majority of time in one of the following areas, but has knowledge and experience to move among multiple area functions as needed.Sorts merchandise into order groupings and/or pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment. Applies designated labels and visually inspects product for quality and presentation to customer.Fills retail and/or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order. Pulls merchandise from designated stock locations and place in proper containers.Moves merchandise among warehouse locations using authorized material handling equipment (i.e. stock pickers, lift trucks, etc.) or manually load and/or unload trailers.Maintains housekeeping and cleanliness and follows procedures for a safe work environment.Attends all mandatory training and in-services including by not limited to: new employee orientation, safety, or job skills training.Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours.Communicates any issues or needs affecting execution of basic job function such as; Short Pick issues, out of stocks, on hand counts and supplies.All other duties as assigned.Experience/Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required: High school diplomaExperience: 0-2 years of experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS systemAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customersAbility to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codesPhysical Requirements:Able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand for extended periodsAble to operate receiving equipmentConstantly stand and/or walk during shiftConstantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingersOccasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.Occasionally communicate with others to exchange informationOccasionally operate machinery and/or power toolsOccasionally work in tight and confined spacesOccasionally work in low or high temperaturesOccasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.Occasionally work in noisy environmentsLight work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)Independent Judgement:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Juvenile Court Clerk

Job Title Interpret documents to select the most appropriate code for entry into the Justice Management System; docket all pleadings on the computer; testify in court; conform documents; answer phone calls; assist in courtroom with juvenile pleas; issue services including citations,summonses, and other documents; administratively close completed cases; interact daily with judges and probation department; data entry on incoming transfer cases. Essential Duties Monitor, track and perform extensive data entry of each individual case from filing to disposition and beyond. Process dispositions of cases, including entering disposition code, and mailing various forms. Recognize documents that are sealed by statute. Seal documents and files as ordered by the court. Data entry for court documents and prepare for imaging. Initiate efficient procedures for processing and docketing cases. Process motions and orders, including file marking documents, entering into the computer, obtaining judge's signature, and sending copies to the attorney, defendant, and probation department. Process dispositions of cases, including closing out file once plea has been heard or judgment received, sending certified copies of the judgment or commitment papers to the Criminal District Attorney's office, probation department, submitting payment of court appointed attorney to County Auditor, and entering disposition information in the computer. Docket incoming transfer cases; number all documents. Issue subpoenas, including receiving state or defense applications for subpoenas, preparing and sending subpoenas to the sheriff or private process server, and entering into the computer. Attend and assists the court with juvenile pleas. Act as liaison between district clerk, judge, attorneys, court personnel and all other interested parties. As official custodian of record, testify in court. Ensure each case is properly prepared for court. Pull files for announcements, appearances, and juvenile pleadings. Prepare juvenile CR-43J forms for Department of Public Safety to be submitted online. Research files. Perform other duties as requested by the District Clerk. Position Requirements Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer data entry experience and customer service experience required.
