Warehouse Distribution Center OperatorPerforms distribution center material handling duties that support functions such as; Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Ocomm, City Counter, and Acquisitions operations within the distribution center. This advanced operator role is responsible for processing and moving merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.Essential Job FunctionsReceive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O'Reilly policy.Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.Properly store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement as needed.Process warranty merchandise, batteries, recalls, non-stock items, unsaleable merchandise, and vendor return goods according to O'Reilly policy.Follow established procedures for hazardous material handling and disposal in accordance with O'Reilly safety standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while completing assigned warehouse tasks and operational workflows.Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.Identify unsafe conditions or practices and report concerns to leadership promptly.Maintain compliance with O'Reilly policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.Serve as a designated trainer in assigned functional areas when assigned.Operate powered industrial equipment (PIE) when certified and assigned.Perform Ocomm or City Counter functions when assigned.Support workflow balancing and operational continuity during peak volumes.Perform all other duties as assigned.Skills/Education/ExperienceRequired:Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.Ability to work independently with limited direction.Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.Desired:Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) experience and certification.Experience training other individuals.Prior experience handling automotive parts or related merchandise.Experience operating warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.Experience working within productivity, quality, or performance-driven environments.Proficiency in one or more additional languages.O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability. The Heavy Equipment Field Lube Technician is responsible for performing oil and fluid changes, filter replacement, lubricate fittings and equipment. In addition the Heavy Equipment Field Lube Technician will complete inspections and preventative maintenance requirements on vehicles and earthmoving equipment. This position is required to cooperate with and follow all company, state and federal safety guidelines and requirements.Heavy Equipment Field Lube ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe and secure work environment to include remote jobsites that are free of spills, tools, etc. to eliminate potential hazards.Cooperate with and follow incident reporting and safety guidelines and requirements.Communicate safety concerns to appropriate personnel.Utilize and properly maintain all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Safely operate and utilize safety restraints on heavy equipment and commercial motor vehicles.Travel to customer jobsites to perform required inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy/earthmoving equipment.Conduct and perform oil sampling, oil, fluid, and filter changes, lubricate fittings and equipment as recommended by manufacture.Dispose of used oil and filters daily according to company and EPA guidelines and requirements.Professionally communicate issues with equipment to customers, shop foreman, and service manager.Accurately order replacement fittings, hoses, etc. from MTEC Parts Dept.Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on lube truck.Inspect and utilize tools to ensure safe operating conditions.Ensure lube truck (CMV) is clean, organized, properly maintained, and in safe operating condition.Heavy Equipment Field Lube Technician Administration ResponsibilitiesUtilize various computer programs consistently and effectively.Prepare and accurately complete maintenance records, reports, and work orders.Accurately record hours of service, inspections, and mileage reports.Effectively communicate internally and with customers verbally and via email.Work EnvironmentConsistently works with and near heavy earthmoving construction equipment.Exposed to outside elements and weather conditions to include, extreme heat, extreme cold, snow, rain, ice, wind and foggy conditions.Surface work area will include, gravel, dirt, asphalt, concrete, etc.Work conditions vary and may include shop settings, high traffic areas, and rural environments.Physical RequirementsConsistently be able to stand, sit, and kneel.Use hands and fingers to grip, feel, and reach.Be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.Possess ability to lift up to 75lbs.Requirements and ExperiencePossess a valid Class A CDLHave and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record free of disqualifying offenses.Meet fit for duty requirements and be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate.Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT Federal drug screen.High school diploma or GED is required.A minimum of one year of experience working with and servicing heavy equipment.Possess basic technical and mechanical skills.Condition of EmploymentCandidate must meet all requirements above, have no disqualifying offenses relating to safety performance history checks, drug and alcohol records, motor vehicle records, and must be determined to be fit for duty.
