Job Title Part-Time Instructor (In Person or Remote) Job Summary Position Type: Non-Employee Faculty Department: LSUAM HSE - School of Library and Information Science (Edward Albert Benoit III (00012213)) Work Location: 0223 George Peabody Hall Pay Grade: Posting Date: August 24, 2026 Closing Date (Open Until Filled if No Date Specified): November 23, 2026 College of Human Sciences & Education School of Information Studies Part-Time Instructor (In-Person or Remote) The College of Human Sciences & Education has five degree-granting schools: School of Education, School of Leadership & Human Resource Development, School of Kinesiology, School of Information Studies, and School of Social Work. Part-Time Instructors are needed for our online and on-campus academic programs. The Part-Time Instructors will teach assigned courses as specified in each school's course curriculum and schedule. Responsibilities • 75% Teach assigned courses and/or supervise student interns as specified in the School of Information Studies' course curriculum and schedule. • 10% Evaluate and select texts and instructional materials; prepare course materials and lesson plans; provide students an approved syllabus that includes course objectives and learning outcomes, teaching methodology, texts and readings, assignments and deliverables, and timelines and evaluation criteria. • 5% Observe and evaluate student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, projects, discussions or examinations; provide feedback in a timely manner on student programs. • 5% Maintain records of enrollments and attendance, assessments and grades, submit class rosters and grade sheets by the deadlines established by the University. • 5% Be available for student consultation by phone, email or Zoom meetings, and other duties assigned. Psychiatry physician employment in Oklahoma : Remote Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist Location: Oklahoma, Remote/Tele 7on/7off Schedule POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Oklahoma. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services for a hospital setting. This role supports ED and inpatient teams by delivering timely psychiatric assessments, treatment recommendations, and care coordination. This Consult-Liaison Psychiatrist role is currently classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model, but IPC is open to discussion of other contract models.
