The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
