Data entry for court documents and prepare for imaging. Initiate efficient procedures for processing and docketing cases. Process motions and orders, including file marking documents, entering into the computer, obtaining judge's signature, and sending copies to the attorney, defendant, and probation department. Process dispositions of cases, including closing out file once plea has been heard or judgment received, sending certified copies of the judgment or commitment papers to the Criminal District Attorney's office, probation department, submitting payment of court appointed attorney to County Auditor, and entering disposition information in the computer. Docket incoming transfer cases; number all documents. Issue subpoenas, including receiving state or defense applications for subpoenas, preparing and sending subpoenas to the sheriff or private process server, and entering into the computer.
