Patient Care Coordinator - REMOTE We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator - REMOTE, Must live within the US for our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) Murray, KY Operations. In this position you will be responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner. Pay is $16 plus a Quarterly Bonus opportunity Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.) • This position requires you to work five days a week. • This includes every Saturday and Sunday as well as three evening shifts during weekdays starting at or after 4:00pm Central time. Schedules vary and can be discussed during the interview process. • Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound calling • Obtains medically necessary documentation • Processes patient orders through On-line Pharmacy system • Resolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patients • Troubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure • Verifies orders are complete • Performs other duties as assigned Employment is contingent on • Background check (company-wide).
