Litigation Project Analyst Dykema Gossett, PLLC, a leading national law firm celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026, is recruiting to hire an experienced Litigation Project Analyst. This position supports Dykema case teams and the Litigation Support team in executing eDiscovery workflows across the lifecycle of a matter. Responsibilities include project intake, Relativity workspace setup, data handling, and execution of established processes to support review and production of electronically stored information (ESI). The Litigation Project Analyst works closely with Litigation Project Managers and eDiscovery Engineers to carry out defined tasks, maintain accurate tracking and documentation, and support consistent, defensible workflows in accordance with firm protocols and client expectations. The Litigation Project Analyst position is fully remote and open to our offices in California, Michigan, Illinois, and Texas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with project intake by gathering and confirming case-specific requirements and instructions from case teams or senior staff. • Configure Relativity workspaces using established templates, including user permissions, layouts, and basic workflow components. • Perform data intake and basic triage of structured and unstructured data under the direction of senior team members. • Execute standard workflows, including processing coordination, data loading, batching, searching, and basic reporting. • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of project requests, data handling activities, and production deliverables in accordance with departmental protocols. • Communicate status updates to internal team members and escalate risks, issues, or delays as identified. • Support document production workflows, including preparation, quality control steps, and delivery under established guidelines. • Coordinate with external vendors for defined services, such as scanning, OCR, or data processing, as directed by senior staff. • Monitor the Relativity environment for basic issues and notify appropriate team members to support resolution. • Assist with user account setup and provide basic guidance to attorneys and staff on the use of Relativity and related tools. • Support training efforts by reinforcing standard workflows and best practices. • Draft and maintain documentation related to tasks performed, issues, and resolutions to support consistency and knowledge sharing. • Provide support across litigation support applications as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED • Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows. • Preferred one to three years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment. • Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle. • Familiarity with data handling concepts, including file types, metadata, and document review processes. • Ability to follow established workflows while identifying and escalating issues appropriately. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Ability to communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, and internal team members. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Experience with additional litigation support and trial presentation technologies, such as TextMap, Trial Director, or similar tools. • Familiarity with multimedia formats, including audio and video files, is a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS • This role operates within a standard business environment and is eligible for remote work, subject to firm policies and business needs. • Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Occasional flexibility outside of these hours may be required to support time-sensitive matters or deadlines; however, after-hours requests are infrequent. • Work may involve collaboration with case teams, clients, and colleagues across multiple time zones. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Demand Generation owns EnableComp's demand generation engine - planning and executing the multi-channel campaigns that build pipeline, and, as our first dedicated content hire, creating the blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and nurture content those campaigns run on. The Job Responsibilities Include • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, SEM, retargeting, and organic channels. • Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and report on campaign performance against revenue goals. • Manage the demand generation budget, tracking spend against ROI and reallocating based on channel performance. • Own funnel content end-to-end: blog posts, ebooks/guides, landing pages, and nurture email copy that fuel campaigns - this is our first dedicated content hire, so the expectation is building the engine, not just staffing it. • Ensure all campaign content reflects current positioning and messaging maintained by the Director, Product Marketing. • Establish a scalable, repeatable content calendar and production workflow. • Build and manage lead nurture email programs and campaign workflows inside HubSpot, working within the lead scoring and account routing logic the GTM Engineer designs and maintains. • Partner with the GTM Engineer on campaign-specific automation needs and data requirements, without owning the underlying tech stack, integrations, or scoring/routing architecture. • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign-level workflow issues, escalating systemic or infrastructure issues to the GTM Engineer. • Partner with the Manager, Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships on webinar and event promotion strategy, registration goals, and post-event lead nurture (Events owns strategy, logistics, and execution; Growth Marketing owns the pipeline goals and follow-up). • Partner with the Director, Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and content reflect current narrative, positioning, and competitive messaging. • Partner with the SDR function on lead handoff, MQL quality feedback, and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign and content performance data to identify what's working, kill what isn't, and continuously optimize for MQL volume, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition. • Stay current on emerging channels and AI-powered marketing/content tools, piloting new tactics to keep programs ahead of the curve. • Other duties as assigned. Position Summary The Director, Client Success, is responsible for managing and growing client relationships through hands on partnership and collaboration with both EnableComp operations and sales leadership. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, aligning client expectations with internal capabilities, and driving satisfaction and retention through consistent, proactive communication. The Director acts as an extension of the client, translating needs into actionable plans, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and expand market share through consistent service that exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Participate in entirety of Client Lifecycle. Sales process, Implementations, Project Go Lives, Business Reviews, and identify additional Cross Sell opportunities • Will oversee Client Success activities for designated clients. • Communicate and coordinate with EnableComp Leadership to ensure all job duties as assigned are executed professionally and timely in accordance with EnableComp standard. • Acts as an "ambassador" for a fast-paced, detail oriented supportive team by facilitating friendly, courteous, efficient, and well-presented service to assigned clients. • Manages KPI metrics including, but not limited to, customer surveys, scoring and client retention goals. • Reviews, understands and tracks assigned client's performance goals and meets regularly with assigned clients to review their status and progress with an emphasis on highlighting EnableComp's value proposition and ROI across product lines. • Generates EnableComp's monthly and quarterly reporting packages, delivers to assigned clients timely, and ensures they consistently reflect the pertinent EnableComp metrics and benchmarks. • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement client specific strategies and action plans for communication, resolution of open internal/external items and maximization of current and future revenue, including the identification of cross-sell opportunities. • Works closely with IT and Product Support teams regularly on file corrections, updates, and automation. • Schedules and attends regular meetings or conference calls with assigned clients to discuss status and reports and ensures the necessary EnableComp team members contribute appropriately. • Develops agendas and other presentation materials, create meeting summaries and generate meeting deliverables. • Assists Implementation with the roll-out of any process update/rollout initiatives and manage client deliverables post-implementation. • Manages and controls client obligations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all levels of the organization. • Participates in internal client account review meetings (sales forecast, at risk, etc.). • Use of independent judgement and discretion as it relates to responsibilities detailed above. • Other duties as required. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or other related field of study • Must have 7-10 years demonstrated experience in account management in the healthcare technology industry, specifically engaging hospital revenue cycle management. • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems preferred. • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com) • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
