Skills and experience that will lead to success • 8 or more years of experience supporting CISO, CIO, technology executive, chief of staff function, transformation office, or enterprise security leadership team. • Experience working within a cybersecurity operations team or enterprise security team as a technical leader or leading security teams and programs. • Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones in a matrixed global organization. • Significant leadership experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, engineering, enterprise program management, strategy, or a comparable complex global environment. • Proven success translating enterprise strategy into practical operating plans and measurable business outcomes. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity operations and engineering disciplines. Security operations, incident response, threat detection, threat intelligence, data protection, vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security platforms. • Demonstrable ability to lead large, multi-functional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across technical and business organizations. • Executive level proficiency in writing and speaking, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions, priorities, and actions. Data-driven mentality with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes. • Experience developing executive reporting, portfolio governance, operating metrics, and performance management routines. • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $111,000- $160,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
