Residential Mortgage Inspector FAR Inspections is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Dickinson County, Kansas and surrounding communities. As a Field Inspector covering Dickinson County, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions. • Autonomy: You manage your own routing, schedule, and territory. • Efficiency: Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site. • Consistency: Enjoy stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county. Workflow & Responsibilities • Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators. • Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications. • Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines. Note: This role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in your assigned territory. This territory includes a mix of suburban neighborhoods and rural stretches, offering variety in your daily route and a balance of quick stops and scenic drives. Requirements As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, including: • Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle. • Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps. • Computer with an internet connection and a printer. • Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision. • Ability to pass a standard background check. Earnings & Volume • Flat-Rate Pay: This is a 1099 position where you are paid a set fee for every inspection completed. • Earning Potential: While pay is per-inspection, efficient contractors typically earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour. • Volume: Rates and inspection volume vary by county. Lower volume counties typically feature higher per-inspection rates, while higher volume counties offer more consistent daily work. • This Territory: Dickinson County averages approximately 10 inspections per month.
Aide II- Clinic (2026-2027)

Clinic Aide II Assists the school nurse and the principal in maintaining an efficient school clinic. Elementary School Requirements and Secondary Title I/Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Campuses: Title I campus requires 48 hours of accredited college credit with some emphasis in child growth and development or related courses or two years verifiable experience as an educational aide or other related experience as approved by the district. Middle School and/or High School Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) certificate and two years' verifiable experience as an education aide or other related experience as approved by the district; or 15 semester hours of college credit with some emphasis in child growth and development or related courses or other related experience as approved by the district. State Board for Educator Certification for Educational Aide II. Must have current vision and hearing screening certification and American Heart Association CPR/First Aide certification or obtain such certifications within 90 calendar days from the date of employment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Maintains a clean clinic per protocol. Requests supplies, as needed. Organizes and stocks supplies upon delivery. Administers first aid/CPR per American Heart Association/KISD guidelines. Notifies parents of illness or injury. Notifies principal, school nurse, and teacher(s) of any serious illness, new medical condition, or problem. Stores and administers medication per KISD policy. Maintains daily record of students seen in the clinic and other records delegated by the school nurse. Assists in filling out accident/incident reports; distributes copies per KISD guidelines, and notifies school nurse. Performs initial hearing and vision tests on new students and notifies school nurse of follow-up evaluation, if needed. Enters student health and immunization data into the computer as requested by the school nurse. Knows and complies with Texas Education Agency and KISD educator standards of conduct. Performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the school nurse or principal. This job has no supervisory responsibilities; however, the clinic aide works closely with students, faculty, and parents. Ability to use peripheral devices, high level language programming concepts, data management software, and application development tools. Prolonged sitting; regular kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear, to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and to stand and walk. The employee is required to regularly lift and carry (less than 15 pounds). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Repetitive hand motion; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; regular walking, grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, reaching; may climb ladders. Regular moderate lifting and carrying (up to 44 pounds); occasional heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds and over). Occasional district-wide travel to multiple campuses, as assigned. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work with frequent interruptions; emotional control under stress.
