Essential Qualifications • Swimming pool construction experience or similar construction background (excavation, concrete, plumbing, tile work, excavation, or related trades) • A driver's license Key Responsibilities • Prepare construction sites according to project plans and specifications • Perform excavation, trenching, and site grading work • Install plumbing lines and equipment pads for pool systems • Assemble pool structures, forms, and steel reinforcement • Operate machinery and equipment safely on job sites such as skid steers and CAT diggers • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company vehicles • Tile pools and spas • Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients[6] Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $36,650 - $47,660 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
