Job Location: Nebraska City, NE Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $21.90/hr - $22.90/hr Benefits Information • Benefits Are Based on Our Collective Bargaining Agreement • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance • Paid Vacation and Holidays • 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Development Opportunities Principal Accountabilities • Monitor USDA-FSIS regulatory activities and plant compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements while working with both USDA-FSIS inspectors and plant operations personnel • Prepare carcasses and product components for inspection by making required cuts and incisions using approved tools and techniques and communicate regularly with USDA-FSIS inspectors to support inspection activities • Perform food safety and quality monitoring activities throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards • Conduct product, process, and sanitation verifications, documenting inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately and completely • Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested • Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory policies • Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Basic math skills, including the ability to work with weights, measurements, and production information • Basic knowledge of safe food handling practices • Ability to use knives, hooks, and other job-related tools safely and effectively and lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications • Previous beef or protein processing experience • Previous knife handling experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment • Experience working in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance or with USDA-FSIS inspectors or regulatory agencies • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish • Ability to learn and apply technical food safety, quality, and regulatory procedures • Work history in the last 12 months Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement. Overview Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
