Key Responsibilities • Strategic execution: Translate CISO and cybersecurity leadership priorities into coordinated plans, measurable objectives, achievements, and accountable outcomes. • Operating cadence: Own executive planning, leadership governance routines, business reviews, portfolio checkpoints, and follow-through across Cybersecurity Operations & Engineering. • Portfolio and program leadership: Coordinate complex, multi-functional cybersecurity programs; manage dependencies, sequencing, resources, and delivery risk across multiple technical teams. • Executive decision support: Prepare concise briefings, dashboards, recommendations, and decision materials that enable timely, data-informed leadership action. • Performance and metrics: Work with Senior Leadership team to define and mature operational measures, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, and reporting routines that improve transparency and accountability. • Risk and issue management: Identify execution challenges, organizational risks, and critical dependencies; drive resolution or advance with clear options and recommendations. • Multi-functional alignment: Serve as connective tissue across security teams and collaborators including developers, infrastructure, and AI governance teams. • Operational readiness: Coordinate planning and readiness activities for global cybersecurity priorities, major changes, high-impact events, and evolving business requirements. • Organizational planning: Support workforce planning, talent priorities, budget activities, capacity management, and investment decisions across the organization. • Communications and engagement: Develop leadership communications, organizational updates, meeting materials, and narratives that create clarity, reinforce priorities, and support colleague engagement. • Continuous improvement: Establish repeatable operating practices, remove friction, and lead initiatives that improve delivery quality, organizational maturity, resilience, and efficiency. • Leadership priorities are clearly defined, sequenced, communicated, and consistently accomplished. • Executives receive timely, accurate, and decision-ready insight into performance, risk, investment, and delivery. • Multi-functional cybersecurity initiatives move faster with stronger ownership, fewer unresolved dependencies, and improved transparency. • Operating routines and metrics reinforce accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment across teams. • Cybersecurity Operations & Engineering demonstrates growing operational sophistication, durability, and measurable value to Aon. Skills and experience that will lead to success • 8 or more years of experience supporting CISO, CIO, technology executive, chief of staff function, transformation office, or enterprise security leadership team. • Experience working within a cybersecurity operations team or enterprise security team as a technical leader or leading security teams and programs. • Experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones in a matrixed global organization. • Significant leadership experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, engineering, enterprise program management, strategy, or a comparable complex global environment. • Proven success translating enterprise strategy into practical operating plans and measurable business outcomes. • Solid understanding of cybersecurity operations and engineering disciplines. Security operations, incident response, threat detection, threat intelligence, data protection, vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security platforms. • Demonstrable ability to lead large, multi-functional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across technical and business organizations. • Executive level proficiency in writing and speaking, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions, priorities, and actions. Data-driven mentality with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes. • Experience developing executive reporting, portfolio governance, operating metrics, and performance management routines. • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities and ambiguity. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity, risk, program management, or technology leadership are beneficial. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $111,000- $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. Position Summary The Supervisor, OSM is a critical support role that oversees a team of Revenue Specialists and Account Managers and serves as the internal escalation point for claim processing resolution. This role also supports the overall success of our client's accounts by managing and responding to client inquiries, engaging document management processes for the purpose of processing claims as well as payment research, invoice/billing inquiries, file delays, system access, and other relevant items. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the daily supervision of assigned Revenue Services teams. • Serves as the primary escalation point, to directly or through staff, work with clients to resolve roadblocks that may hinder the claims resolution process and provides direction to Account Managers and Revenue Specialists to resolve existing claims/ client issues. • Partners with Managers to disseminate priority of daily tasks to assigned team. • Prepares performances evaluations and account reviews and plays a role in delivering both documents in conjunction with the Department Leader. • Analyze and evaluate claim payments using EnableComp's proprietary software, systems and tools. Use payment documentation provided by payers to determine if the medical provider has been reimbursed in compliance with the applicable state worker's compensation fee schedule and/or PPO contract. • Research, request and acquire all pertinent medical records, implant manufacturer's invoices and any other supporting documentation necessary and then submit with hospital claims to insurance companies to ensure prompt correct claims reimbursement. • Manage internal coordination, communication, and messaging for external client requests and reported issues. • Create, review, and maintain external-facing client reports. • Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss process improvements, resolve client issues, and/or resolve internal issues. • Respond and communicate with external clients regarding topics such as: remote system access, document requests, payment research requests, coordination of end-user training, and others. • Conduct timely and thorough telephone follow-up with insurance companies to ensure proper reimbursement. • Prepare correct initial bill packet or appeal letter using EnableComp systems tools. • Works with Data Analytics team to research issues with claim and payment imports, etc. • Trains and mentors staff as needed including new hires, especially in regards to ongoing training needs that may result from the SOP for goal escalation. • Works with Data Quality team to research issues with calculations and other projects. • Works with Document Management team to remove roadblocks around document acquisition and other requisite items needed to collect accounts. • Perform Quality Control tasks on behalf of management regarding account flow and due diligence. • Usually works more difficult clients. • Responsible for the full employee life cycle including hiring decisions, training, performance management, and corrective action. • Handle patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security as it relates to confidential and proprietary information. • Support operational initiatives through team collaboration. • Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus. • 5 years' experience in healthcare field working in billing or collections. • 5 years' client facing/customer services experience. • 1-2 years supervisory or team lead experience. • 3-5 years' experience with workers compensation billing and collections preferred. • Intermediate level understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and subsequent data requirements. • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
