Paralegal - eDiscovery & Legal Technology Kiewit is seeking an experienced Paralegal - eDiscovery & Legal Technology to join its Legal Department and support complex litigation, claims, investigations, and other legal matters involving electronically stored information (ESI). This individual will combine traditional litigation paralegal responsibilities with hands-on eDiscovery and legal technology expertise, partnering closely with Kiewit attorneys, other paralegals, Kiewit Technology Group (KTG), outside counsel, and vendors. This role will support matters throughout the discovery lifecycle, including data ingestion and validation, early case assessment, search and analytics, document review, quality control, and production. The position will serve as a key administrator and advanced user of Kiewit's eDiscovery platform, currently Everlaw, and will help establish consistent, efficient, and defensible discovery practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of litigation and discovery, enjoys working with data and technology, and is interested in helping Kiewit expand its use of analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging legal technologies.
