CDL-A OTR Truck Driver | Earn Up to $2,100/Week. Now hiring across 22 home-weekly regions · Seats fill fast — same-day recruiter callbacks APL CARGO INC EXCELLENCE IN MOTION SOLO CDL-A REEFER · OTR · HIRING NOW 22 LOCATIONS WITH HOME WEEKLY 34-hr restart at home · check if your ZIP qualifies REAL MILES. REAL PAYCHECKS. APL Cargo is hiring experienced solo reefer drivers who want steady miles, a truck that runs, and a company that answers the phone. Straight talk: this is true OTR — you're out about 2 weeks at a time, then home. But if you live near one of our 22 home-weekly hubs, we can likely get you home once a week to take your 34-hour restart at home. AVERAGE SOLO WEEKLY PAY $1,550 – $2,170 / week Based on 2,500–3,500 mi/week at $0.62 starting CPM. THE NUMBERS, NO GAMES A Pay Ladder You Earn Your Way Up __________________________________________________________________________________ Your CPM climbs on a clear schedule — and how fast you climb is on you. Drive safe, run efficient, deliver on time, and you move up. Here's exactly how it works. Raises are earned on results, not just time in the seat — the drivers who run safe, efficient, and on-time climb fastest. Miles average 2,500–3,500/week; we build lanes to keep you moving. HOW YOU EARN YOUR RAISE These are the marks that move you up the ladder — and pay bonuses on top. ✓ Safety & clean inspections — Accident-free miles and clean DOT inspections ✓ Fuel efficiency — Hit 7+ MPG and keep it there ✓ On-time delivery — Loads picked up and delivered on schedule ✓ Reliability — Show up, communicate, run the miles EXTRA PAY ON TOP OF YOUR CPM • Performance bonuses — Clean DOT inspections & 7+ MPG fuel efficiency • Breakdown, detention & layover pay — You get paid when the load doesn't cooperate • Health coverage after 90 days — Comprehensive medical for W-2 drivers • Driver recognition program — We notice the drivers who show up right •Loyalty Bonus Program - $100 per weekly bonus for the first 52 weeks of employment as long as the driver is employed the whole 52 weeks. HOME WEEKLY AVAILABLE 22 Hubs Where You Get Home Every Week ____________________________________________________________________________________ OTR doesn't have to mean gone for weeks. If you live within about 100 miles of one of our 22 home-weekly locations, we can likely run you on lanes that get you home once a week to take your 34-hour restart at home — instead of resetting on the road. To be clear: this is a weekly 34-hour reset at home, not guaranteed Saturday–Sunday off. The day your reset lands depends on your run, but you'll be home about every 7 days. Home weekly means a 34-hour restart taken at home roughly once a week — not a set weekend off. It depends on living within ~100 miles of a hub and available freight in your area. Not near a hub? You can still run true OTR with home time every 2 weeks — talk to a recruiter about what's realistic for where you live. WHAT YOU GET Built For Drivers Who Run Hard ____________________________________________________________________________________ Everything here comes from one question we ask ourselves: would this have mattered when we were the ones behind the wheel? ■ Late-Model Fleet Drop & hook loads on well-maintained, modern reefer equipment. Less waiting, more rolling. ■ Home Every 2 Weeks Consistent, predictable home time you can plan your life around. Pet-friendly, too. ■ Safety First A real safety excellence program — because a safe driver is a driver who's still earning next year. ■ 24/7 Support Break down at 2 a.m.? Someone picks up. Real people, not a ticket you'll never hear back on. ■ Room to Grow Clear path to better routes and leadership roles. We promote the drivers who earn it. ■ 48-State Freight Steady reefer freight coast to coast, planned around keeping you moving, not parked. WHO YOU'RE DRIVING FOR We Started In Your Seat ____________________________________________________________________________________ APL Cargo was founded in 2014 by people who drove the miles first. We know what an empty promise sounds like on a recruiting call — because we heard plenty of them. That's why this page tells you the hard part up front. It's why our dispatch actually plans your loads instead of leaving you guessing. We treat drivers like family because that's how we'd want to be treated out there. "If it wouldn't have been fair to us as drivers, we don't do it to ours." THREE STEPS, TWO MINUTES Let's Get You Rolling _____________________________________________________________________________________ No endless forms. Tell us the basics, and a driver-recruiter — not a call center — reaches out. 1. Send the quick form — Takes about 2 minutes on your phone 2. Complete the full application — Sent right after — 10–15 minutes 3. Talk to a real recruiter — We call the number you give us QUESTIONS DRIVERS ACTUALLY ASK The Real Answers _____________________________________________________________________________________ What's the starting pay, and how do raises work? Every solo OTR reefer driver starts at $0.62 CPM. You can earn up to $0.64 at 90 days and up to $0.66 at one year, then a penny raise each year after — $0.67, $0.68, $0.69 — up to a top rate of $0.70. Those raises are earned on performance — safety, fuel efficiency (7+ MPG),on-time delivery, and reliability — so the drivers who run right climb fastest. On 2,500–3,500miles a week, that's $1,550–$2,170 weekly, roughly $78K–$109K in your first year, plus performance bonuses on top. Will I actually get miles, or sit around waiting? Our dispatch plans lanes to keep you moving — that's the whole point of running solo OTR with us. Drivers average 2,500–3,500 miles a week. We won't promise a number we can't run, but keeping you loaded is how we both make money. Is this W-2 or 1099? This solo OTR position is true W-2 employment with comprehensive health coverage after 90 days — not a 1099 contractor setup. If you're an owner-operator looking for a 1099 lease arrangement, we run a separate program; ask your recruiter or visit our Owner-Operator page. How often will I really be home? Consistent home time every 2 weeks. This is true OTR, so you're out about two weeks at a stretch. We're upfront about that because drivers who know what they signed up for stick around — and that's better for everyone. Can I get home every week instead of every 2? Yes — if you live within about 100 miles of one of our 22 home-weekly hubs across the Midwest, Texas, the Southeast, and the Carolinas. "Home weekly" means you take your 34-hour restart at home about once a week — it's a weekly reset at the house, not a guaranteed weekend off, so the exact day depends on your run. Enter your ZIP in the "Home Weekly" section above to see if you qualify. Not near a hub? You'll run true OTR with home time every 2 weeks. What are the requirements? A valid Class A CDL and at least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. A clean-ish record helps — more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years may affect eligibility. Who runs APL Cargo? We're a private carrier founded in 2014 (US DOT / MC 869643), owned and operated by former drivers, running a late-model reefer fleet across all 48 states. We're big enough to keep you loaded, small enough to know your name. YOUR NEXT PAYCHECK IS WAITING Two minutes now. A driver-recruiter callback today. APPLY TODAY! Questions? CALL: (855) 209-4395

The selected specialist will help Axyde determine whether proposed projects address credible market needs, strengthen diversified and resilient supply chains, possess commercially supportable product and customer strategies, and create realistic opportunities for U.S. equipment, technology, software, and services. Assignments may begin with incomplete or inconsistent market data and require rapid, independent, and defensible conclusions. Applicants are not expected to cover every critical mineral or downstream industry. Potential responsibilities • Analyze reserves and resources, mine and processing capacity, announced projects, production, inventories, demand, prices, costs, trade flows, geographic concentration, and supply-chain vulnerabilities. • Evaluate data quality and reconcile government, company, customs, market-intelligence, technical, and interview-based sources with transparent assumptions and limitations. • Assess feedstock security, processing bottlenecks, intermediate and finished-product specifications, logistics, storage, traceability, qualification pathways, and customer-acceptance requirements. • Evaluate project positioning within upstream, midstream, and downstream value chains, including likely customers, competitors, substitute materials, recycling, and technology change. • Review offtake, tolling, marketing, aggregation, strategic-stockpile, floor-price, prepayment, and other commercial structures at a project-scoping level. • Assess market-entry barriers, procurement practices, local-content requirements, tariffs, trade measures, subsidies, sanctions, applicable foreign-entity restrictions, and other relevant policy considerations without providing legal advice. • Identify credible opportunities for U.S. equipment, technology, software, engineering, environmental services, logistics, finance, and other project inputs. • Identify prospective U.S. suppliers and compare their likely competitiveness, technical fit, localization needs, commercial constraints, and relevant foreign competition. • Develop or independently review market, supply, demand, price, export-value, and scenario assumptions used in preliminary project economic and financial analysis. • Conduct targeted mineral, technology, end-use, supplier, competitor, and country deep dives. • Develop or review research tasks, data requirements, stakeholder plans, deliverables, schedules, and budgets for feasibility studies, technical assistance, pilots, market studies, or supply-chain assessments. • Participate in interviews with miners, processors, recyclers, manufacturers, traders, logistics providers, utilities, government officials, financiers, development institutions, prospective customers, and U.S. suppliers. • Contribute to concept consultations, initial assessments, project reports, presentations, implementation recommendations, risk registers, export estimates, and monitoring metrics. • Clearly distinguish observed facts, sourced estimates, modeled scenarios, interview evidence, professional judgments, and unresolved uncertainties. Required qualifications • At least 10 years of directly relevant experience in critical-minerals markets, commodity analysis, mining or processing strategy, industrial supply chains, procurement, industrial policy, international trade, or related advisory work. • Demonstrated expertise in one or more critical-mineral value chains and an understanding of how product form, purity, specifications, qualification, logistics, and end use affect marketability. • Experience translating imperfect market evidence into practical commercial conclusions, development options, scopes of work, decision criteria, and risk-mitigation measures. • Ability to analyze market and policy considerations without presenting uncertain forecasts as facts or overstating the precision of non-transparent market data. • Strong analytical writing, source evaluation, quantitative reasoning, and stakeholder-interview skills. • Ability to work under compressed schedules and document sources, assumptions, calculations, and limitations clearly. • Contract-required status:The individual performing the work must be either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the United States (green-card holder). The stated fee range is an anticipated range; the final rate or fixed price will depend on experience, role, work-package requirements, and applicable cost-reasonableness requirements. Some assignments may require rapid research, interviews, irregular coordination across time zones, or international travel. Travel requirements, approvals, insurance, information-access conditions, and reimbursable costs will be addressed in the applicable consulting agreement or work order. Participation in a U.S. Trade and Development Agency project-scoping assignment may make the participating consultant or subcontracting entity ineligible to compete—whether as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or otherwise—for certain USTDA-funded follow‑on activities resulting from that assignment, unless USTDA grants a waiver.
