Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, embrace complex challenges, and are committed to mission excellence will find meaningful opportunities for growth and impact within CACI and on this team. *Position is contingent upon contract award.Responsibilities:Integrates OIEobjectivesinto campaign and operational plans, ensuring information effects align with commander intent and operational design.Synchronizes information forces and capabilities with maneuver, joint fires, and non-kinetic activities to achieve desired effects in the information environment.Designs, authors, and integrates OIE OPORD inputs, annexes, appendices, tabs, and supporting planning products into joint planning and execution.Integrates intelligence, targeting, and collection requirements to inform OIE planning, execution, and decision-making.Develops and incorporates measures of performance and effectiveness, evaluation frameworks, and assessment plans to support continuous monitoring, adaptation, and refinement of OIE activities.Coordinates and synchronizes OIE planning and execution with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, academia, industry vendors, and DoD/DoWstakeholders to ensure unity of effort and de-confliction.Integrates DoD/DoWRewards Program planning into OIE efforts to incentivize desired behaviors, enable information collection, and support operationalobjectivesin accordance withauthorities.Ensureslegal, policy, attribution, and operational risk considerations are embedded in OIE plans while producing decision-quality OIE assessments, briefs, and recommendations for senior leaders.Conducts senior/executive-level briefings to GO/FO/SES decision-makers to secure approval for OIE concepts, plans, and operations.Qualifications:Required: Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibilityBachelorsof Arts/Bachelorsof Sciencedegree in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or another applicable field5+ years of experience planning, coordinating,synchronizingand/or executing operations in the information environment (i.e.Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Operations Security (OPSEC), Defense Deception Activities, Electronic Warfare, Cyberspace Operations, Public Affairs, and/or Information Operations)\3+ yearsof demonstratedexperience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planningProficient in standard military software applications and communication systemsCompletion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, PSYOP Planners Course, and/or Joint Targeting SchoolDesired: Active TS/SCI clearanceComfortable with military planning at the operational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force levelExperience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammatesSuccessful prior experience briefing IO/OIE concepts to senior/executive-level decision makers-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
