Required Qualifications Education • High School Diploma or equivalent. Skills & Abilities • Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions. • High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications. • Basic math skills. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively. • Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments. • Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment. • Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing. • Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization. • Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals. • Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Bilingual: Spanish. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
