The position is responsible for managing commercial advertisement inventory by using a variety of log editing and preempting techniques. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist communicates inventory oversell and availability to the station Sales Managers, while working to maximize daily inventory and revenue potential. General Responsibilities: • Verify commercial logs for accurate programming information, commercial content, product separation, advertiser separation, and extensive editing for on-air broadcast • Lead and effectively manage all advertising material to maximize inventory and revenue potential • Provide assistance as needed for all processes related to programming, generating sales reports, and working advanced inventory within established time parameters • Communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations daily • Effectively work with other team members and managers in a professional manner • Other duties as assigned Responsibilities: • You must be computer literate, detail-oriented, dedicated and dependable • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential • Excellent communication and organizational skills are also a must • Broadcast TV or radio experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. The hourly compensation range for this role is $18.50 to $19.10. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Overview Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is actively searching for a highly motivated, confident dispatcher. The Dispatcher is a crucial role and will be part of a team of 5 Dispatchers with the goal of maximizing scheduling so that we are continuously exceeding customer demands and satisfaction. Must be able to utilize creative thinking, strategic planning skills and teamwork to ensure all customers receive superior service. The ideal candidate will be able to enthusiastically rise to a challenge and coordinate a complex schedule that is very dynamic and always subject to conflict and change. We are looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and make quick decisions, but who can also work as part of a team to ensure we are providing outstanding customer service. Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm. Primary responsibilities • Dispatching installers or service technicians to jobs • Scheduling and monitor service requests, emergency calls and multi-day installs • Main point of contact for field staff and customers • Provides support and guidance to team of 8 - 20 field staff • Collaborates with internal staff to assure efficiency and optimization Additional Responsibilities • Must have a willingness to train and provide back up to other dispatchers • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Maintains records and monitors records and debriefs via Service Titan • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers Qualifications • HVAC, electrician or plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Strong previous customer service experience • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
